论医德医风建设评估体系的构建

摘〔要 〕医德医风建设需要配套的评估体系才能形成长效机制 。弘扬专业精神 ,提出了医德医风评估体系的总 目标 ———构
建和谐医患关系及其子 目标 ———拒斥医疗腐败 ,提高医疗服务质量 ,通过对医疗腐败进行实证分析和伦理分析 ,澄清医德医风
与医疗腐败的内在关联 ,进而阐述 “构建医德医风建设绩效评估体系就是秉承有利原则 、职责观念和信托关系拒斥医疗腐败 ,
弘扬专业精神 ,打造和谐的医患关系 。”的观点 。

A b stract:A supportive app raisal system is needed in m edical eth ic s con struction to guaran tee its p ersisten t
effect. Th is p ap er carrie s forward the realization of a harmon iou s p hysician - p atien t relation sh ip a s the final goal of
m edical eth ic s con struction , and rep elling m edical corrup tion a s its sub - target, so a s to enhance the quality of
m edical service. B y analyzing m ed ical corrup tion w ith real ca se demon stration and eth ical theorie s, the in ternal
correlation of m edical eth ic s and m edical corrup tion is clarified, and the idea that “con struction of m ed ical eth ic s
app raisal system calls for to carry forward m edical p rofe ssionalism , rep el m ed ical corrup tion , and con struct a
harmon iou s p hysician - p atien t relation sh ip ”.
