洛港房产经纪有限公司人力资源管理机制研究 摘 要 人力资源是社会发展的动力，是社会的第一源泉。人力资源管理是现代企业管理中一项重要内容，它是继传统的人事管理之后的一种新型的管理理论和管理制度。从现实层面来分析，随着我国经济的快速发展，各行业也开始越来越重视人力资源管理，房产中介行业也是如此，房产中介企业如果没有积极有效的人力资源管理措施，将会在人才竞争中处于被动地位。本文首先概述了房产中介的含义和人力资源管理理论，和国内外房产中介行业人力资源管理的现状，在此基础上针对洛港房产经纪有限公司人力资源管理的现状及存在的问题，提出完善洛港房产经纪有限公司人力资源管理的对策措施。通过上述分析研究，使洛港房产中介有限公司的人力资源管理现状有所改善，同时也对整个房产中介行业人力资源管理起到一定的借鉴作用。 关键词：洛港房产经纪有限公司，人力资源，管理机制，房产中介 Luo Yang Luo Gang Real Estate Agent’s Human Resources Management Mechanism ABSTRACT Human resources is the motive force of social development, is the first source of the society.
