添加剂对电锌表面质量的影响

摘 要 :研究动物胶 、十二烷基磺酸钠 、硫脲等作为添加剂对阴极锌表面质量的影响. 通过 目测和照片对其影响效
果进行了评价. 结果表明:动物胶和十二烷基磺酸钠的效果相似 ,硫脲具有抗氧化作用 ,起到了比较好的效果 ,有望
成为锌电积中的新添加剂.

A b stract: The influence of additives, such as gelatine, dodecane sodium su lfonate, and th iou rea, on the surface quality of
cathode zinc wa s investigated by visual in sp ection and tak ing photo s. It wa s found that gelatine had the sam e (poor) effect
on imp roving the surface quality of zinc a s dodecane sodium su lfonate did, wherea s th iou rea cou ld retard surface oxidation,
thu s having a better su rface quality imp roving effect. The latter therefore becom e s a p rom ising additive in zinc electrolysis.
