中国科技论文在线 基于RS-485 总线的河流水位测量系统的设 计 张阳，杜文广** 5 （太原理工大学测控技术研究所,太原 030024 ） 摘要：随着全球气候变暖，环境问题日益突出，人们对水文信息监测的要求也越来越高，本 文正是着眼于此提出了一套能够实现多点实时监测，自动上报水位数据的微控系统设计方 案。在设计中采用太原理工天成责任有限公司生产的具有自主知识产权的感应式数字水位传 10 感器采集水位信息，然后通过微控制器 Atmega16L 将水位信息由 RS-485 总线网络传输给水 位监测中心的 PC 机。在总线的链路层中采用了水利行业中流行的Modbus-RTU 协议，保证了 主机与现场从机间的可靠通信。笔者经过野外实机安装，验证了系统的稳定性。 关键词：测试计量技术与仪器；水位监控；RS-485 总线；Modbus 协议；微控器 中图分类号：TP23 15 Design of the System for Water Level Measurement in the Rivers Based on RS-485 Bus ZHANG Yang, DU Wenguang (Institute of Measuring Controlling Technology,Taiyuan University of Technology,Taiyuan 20 030024) Abstract: As the climate becomes warmer gradually,the environmental issues tend to deteriorate.So it is more critical to monitor the hydrology.This paper is aimed to put forward a solution which is able to measure the water level on real time at multiple spots,then report to the monitoring center by the microcontroller.In the design,an inductive digital water-level 25 sensor,which is manufactured and whose intellectual property right is owned totally by Tiancheng Co.,Ltd. of Taiyuan University of Technology, is applied to sample the water level,then the water level message is transimitted by the microcontroller Atmega16L through RS-485 bus network to the PC of the hydrology monitoring center.While on the data link layer of the network, the protocol is Modbus-RTU,prevalent in the irrigation works,and it makes available the reliable 30 communication between the master PC and the slave mi
