Xiangyang Branch, China South Locomotive Group Luoyang Locomotive Co., Ltd., Xiangyang 441105) Abstract: In this paper, the stress and displacement at arbitrary point of finite cylinder under the non-axisymmetrically normal, tangential loads and torsional loads are solved basing on 25 infinitesimal element and equations of elastomechanics. Two displacement functions are obtained with the separation of variables, finite Hankel transform and Fourier-Bessel series. Unknown constants in expressions of stress and displacement are solved by substituting general solutions of stress and displacement into boundary conditions of cylinder. Finally, a worked example for the distributions of stress and displacement with the axial length of cylinder are analyzed by using the 30 analytical equations
