Note: This English version, a translation from the Chinese text, is solely for guidance. Determination of ciguatoxin residues in foodstuffs for import and export —— LC-MS/MS method ?1 Scope This standard specifies the methods of determination by liquid chromatography-electrospray mass spectrometry of Tiger grouper, mice spot, erythema, Su Meiyu and tiger eel meat and offal. This standard is applicable to the qualitative and quantitative determination of ciguatoxin in Tiger grouper, mice spot, erythema, Su Meiyu and tiger eel meat and offal. 2 Abstract The residues of ciguatoxin pesticides in the test sample are extracted with methanol. The extraction is cleaned by passing through a C18 and Silica SPE cartridge. The residues are determined by LC-MS/MS, using external standard method. 3 Reagents and materials Unless otherwise specified, all reagents should be of analytical grade; “Water” is deioned water. 3.1 methanol: HPLC grade; 3.2 Hexane: HPLC grade; 3.3 Neutral alumina; 3.4 Anhydrous sodium sulfate;3.5 methanol+10 mM Ammonium acetate solution: Measure the 0.077g ammonium acetate in 100 mL volumetric flask, adding 50 mL water solution of methanol, and then settled to the volume scale line.; 3.6 Chloroform; 3.7 1 M NaCL solution: Accurate weighing 5.845 g of sodium chloride in 100 mL volumetric flask, the water volume to the scale line; 3.8 10 mM Ammonium acetate solution: Measure the 0.077g ammonium acetate in 100 mL volumetric flask，the water volume to the scale line; 3.9 cigu
