临床医学论文-男性乳癌11例临床分析 ?????????? 作者：邱云峰　任重　宋兆东　曲小良 【摘要】? 目的? 探讨男性乳癌的临床特点、诊断及治疗方法。方法? 回顾性分析11例男性乳癌的临床及病理资料。结果? 11例术前均明确诊断，Ⅰ期1例，Ⅱ期3例，Ⅲ期6例，Ⅳ期1例。本组均手术治疗，行乳腺单纯切除术1例，简化根治术2例，根治术8例，术后分别给予放疗及化疗。5年生存率为45.5%。结论? 男性乳癌发病年龄大，预后差，大多以乳腺肿块为首发症状，腋下淋巴结转移率高。对于50岁以上单侧乳房无痛性肿块应高度警惕，若出现乳头溢液，肿块与皮肤粘连或伴有腋下淋巴结肿大，应考虑为癌，并及时做病理检查。本病以根治性手术为佳，术后应给予放疗、化疗或内分泌治疗。 　　【关键词】? 男性乳癌;诊断;治疗? 　　Male breast cancer:a report of 11 cases 　　【Abstract】? Objective? To investigate the clinical characteristice and the procedure for early diagnosis and treatment of male breast cancer.Methods? 11 cases of male breast cancer were analyzed and references on this article from the world and our country were reviewed.Results? All cases were definitely diagnosed.Among these patients,1 case was stageⅠ,3 cases were stageⅡ,6 cases were stageⅢ,1 case was stageⅣ.11 patients all underwent elective operation,one patient treated by simple mastectomy,two patients by modified radical mastectomy and eight patients by radical mastectomy.Patients were treated by radiotherapy or chemotherapy respectivelyafter operation.The five-year survival rate was 45.5%.Conclusion?Male breast cancer is most predominant in the elderly and one of the most ominous solid tumor with poor prognosis,though its occurence rate is low.The most common sign is a lump found in breast.There is a very high opportunity that the axillary nodes are involved.Whenever there was a solitary mass in breast with no pain should heighten ones vigilance.If nipple had any discharge and skin was retracted or axillary adenopathy was found carcinoma ought to be consider.Biopsy should be made timely.Radical operation might be the first choice for such patients and combined complex treatment are essantial. 　　【Key words】? male breast cancer；diagnosis；treatment??? 　　男性乳癌（male breast cancer，MBC）是一种少见的特殊类型的乳癌，约占乳癌的1%。由于其病程长、病期晚、预后差、死亡率高，现已引起越来越多的外科医师的关注。我们自1990年1月～2004年12月共收治MBC 11例，均经病理证实，现报告如下。 　　1? 临床资料 　　1.1? 一般资料 本组共11例，年龄为46～87岁，平均59岁；自发病至确诊时间最短2周，最长9年，平均2年；肿瘤位于左侧乳腺6例，右侧乳腺5例；位于乳晕区
