DataMiningisaprocessofdiscoveryofinterestingknowledgerfomlarge databaseanddatawarehouse.ClusteringisanimportantresearchtopicinData Miningresearchfields.Formally,theclusteringproblemis:Basedonsomekindof similarity,givennpointsinad-dimensionmetricspace,partitionthepointsintok clusters,sothattheintra-classsimilaritybetweenanypointsishigherthantheinter- classsimilarity.
