虚拟企业组织设计及控制结构研究 摘 要 虚拟企业作为21世纪主要的企业组织和管理模式，正成为越来越多企业 的现实选择。本文运用组织理论研究和探讨了虚拟企业组织结构和控制结构， 重点阐述了虚拟企业组织结构设计一般过程和企业虚拟化过程。 首先，本文简要论述了传统企业向虚拟企业转变的必然性，并进一步阐明 了虚拟企业的概念、特征、类型以及支撑平台等关键因素。其次，本文针对传 统组织理论和虚拟组织理论的优点和不足，提出了一个虚拟组织模型，并在这 个模型基础上对虚拟企业运作过程、运作机制和评价指标体系进行了论述。再 次，本文对建立在基于多Agent集成框架基础上的虚拟企业形成过程进行了分 析论述，提出了虚拟企业控制结构模型。最后，文章对企业虚拟化过程进行了 论述，并通过对我国企业虚拟化过程的实例分析，提出了加快我国企业虚拟化 进程的一些构想。 关键词:虚拟企业，组织模式，评价指标，multi-agent，企业虚拟化过程 :一 ResearchonOrganizationDesignandControlStructureof VirtualEnterprise Abstract Asthemainorganizationalandmanagementmodeof21-century，Virtual Enterprisemodewasselectedbymoreandmoremodernenterprises,basedon organizationaltheories,westudyandanalyzetheorganizationalstructureandthe controlstructureofvirtualenterprisesinthispaper,emphasizeanalyzetheprocess ofvirtualenterprisedesignandthevirtualprocessofmodernenterprise. Secondly,baseonthemeritsanddefectsoftraditionentityorganizationtheories andvirtualenterprisetheory,wedesignavirtualenterpriseorganizationalmode, thenwediscusstheprocessandthemechanismandtheappraiseofthemodel, thirdly,Thispaperfocusontheformofdynamicalliancewhichbasedonthe multi-agentintegration framework ,webuiltadynamicalliancecontrol model,designandillustratethemoduleofthemodel.finally,baseonanalyzing thevirtualprocessoftraditionenterprises,combiningtheanalyzeofthecaseof enterprisesvirtualprocessinchina,thispapergivesomeideastospeedupthe virtualprocessofenterprises.
