Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of a special COX.2inhabitor（NS.398）and somastotatin analog（oct-reotide）on the proliferation and apoptosis in a HCC cell line，SMMC.7721;tofocus on observing the effects of combination treatment of NS.398and octreotide on antiproliferation and induction of apoptosis in SMMC.7721.Methods Cell growth and proliferation of SMMC.7721were analyzed with MTT assay;apoptosis was detected with flow cytometry assay.Results （1）NS.398and octreotide inhibited cell growth of SMMC.7721in a time-and dose-dependent manner.The combination of1×10-5 mol?L-1 NS.398and1×10-6 mol?L-1 octreotide inhibited the proliferation more remarkably than either agent applied singularly（P0.01），analyzation with Jin Zheng mean square method suggested that q1.15，and the inhibition rate en-hanced along with the time.（2）In apoptosis cell group，AnnexinⅤpositive cells could be observed with flowcytometry after treatment of NS.398of1×10-5 mol?L-1 ，octreotide of1×10-6 mol?L-1 and the combination of the two group for24h respec-tively.The apoptosis rate of combination group was much greater than that when either one was applied singularly（P0.01）.Conclusion NS.398and octreotide inhibit SMMC.7721from growing in a time-and dose-dependent manner;both NS.398and octreotide induce the apoptosis of SMMC.7721remarkably;the combination of the two has a synergistic effect.Key words:NS.398;octreotide;hepatocellular carcinoma;cell proliferation;apoptosis 东南大学学报 （医学版）J Southeast Univ（Med Sci Edi）?? 2005，Nov;24（6）:368.370 ??? ［摘要］目的: 研究雌激素受体（ER）在雄性大鼠肺组织的表达和定位。 方法: 采用RT.PCR方法检测大鼠肺组织ER.α、ER.βmRNA的表达，用免疫组织化学方法检测大鼠肺中ER.β蛋白表达定位。 结果: RT.PCR结果显示，在大鼠肺组织中ER以ER.βmRNA的表达为主，ER.αmRNA几乎不表达。免疫组织化学检测结果显示ER.β存在于柱状上皮细胞、平滑肌细胞和间质细胞上，血管壁上内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞中也有表达。 结论: ER.β在大鼠肺组织中有广泛的分布。 ??? ［关键词
