Construction of Evaluation system of regional logistics and empirical Study A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Liu Caixia Supervisor：A.Prof.MaJian Chang’an University, Xi’an, China i 摘 要 随着我国物流业的发展，区域物流发展中的问题日益凸显。各地物流发展情况参差 不齐，普遍存在物流发展难以支持经济发展要求的状况。行业规模小、企业能力弱、基 础设施差、信息传递慢等各种问题，都直接影响区域经济和区域经济一体化的发展。因 此，通过对区域物流发展水平进行研究可以对区域物流的发展规模和发展情况有一个整 体的把握，准确定位区域物流发展程度，明确区域物流未来的发展方向，提高区域发展 规划和各地制定物流发展政策的针对性和有效性，对于实现区域物流业的健康、稳定、 协调发展有重要意义。 本文在已有研究基础上，构建了较为通用、合理的区域物流发展水平评价指标体系 并进行了实证研究。首先，本文通过对区域物流发展水平研究成果和区域物流相关理论 知识进行阐述，提出了对区域物流发展水平的认识和评价主要考虑的内容，构建出了区 域物流发展水平评价指标体系；其次，通过对多种评价方法的对比，提出将层次分析法 (AHP)和CRITIC 法相结合确定权重，运用TOPSIS 模型对区域物流发展水平进行评价； 最后，文中以太原作为实证研究对象，对太原物流发展水平进行了评价，得出当前太原 物流发展水平相对较低，与其他物流相对发达的城市相比还有一定差距，在对评价结果 进行了深入分析的基础上，提出了提升太原物流发展水平的对策和建议。 关键词：区域物流，发展水平，指标，评价分析 ii Abstract With the development of the logistics industry in our country, the problems of the regional logistics development is increasingly prominent. The situation of logistics development between the areas is uneven. Logistics development is difficult to support the requirement of economic development. All kinds of problems are directly affect the region economy and the development of regional economic integration, such as the small scale of the industry, weak enterprise ability, poor infrastructure, slow delivering information and so on.
