Clinical Research Of Neck And Shoulder Syndrome Treatment With Both Balance Acupuncture And Curature Adjusting Method Through 4-Dimentional Tractions 平衡针与四维牵引调曲并用治疗颈肩综合征临床研究 Hanqing Zhang 张汉卿 Fujian Longyan second Hospital Longyan, Fujian Province, 364000, China 中国福建省龙岩市第二医院 龙岩 福建 中国 364000 Abstract: Objective:To observe the efficacy and long-term effects ,by clinical research of neck and shoulder syndrome treatment with both balance acupuncture and curature adjusting method through 4-dimentional tractions Methods: 158 patients with neck-shoulder syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with both balance acupuncture and curature adjusting method through 4-dimentional tractions of treatment, control group used traditional acupuncture treatment. Results: The treatment group basic cure rate was 67.5%, the total efficiency of 100%. The control group basic cure rate was 45.4%, total effective rate was 94.7%. After statistics processing, during two treatment group total improvement rate between the groups had significant difference ( P 0.05). The treatment group was better than control group in general. The follow-up results show: The excellent and good rate of treatment group 97.4%, contrast group 89.3%,In the control group, treatment group was superior to control group. Conclusion: Both balance acupuncture and curature adjusting method through 4-dimentional tractions for neck and shoulder syndrome treated with total curative effect is clear, and there are100% effective, the recurrence rate is low advantage, it is worthy of further study and clinical application.
