Since the reform and opening up, the science and technology development and innovation capability are put forward higher requirements in China. Based on the definition of technology essence, we can analyze the technology analysis system from the point of view of knowledge - technology - Product. This article studied on the technology dimension according to the theory of technology essence, and also studied the technology classification and technical characteristics, and then initially explored the method of modern technical analysis, proposed on the six main dimensions of technical analysis, such as technology advantage, technical applicability, technical friendly, technology inputs, technology output and technology industrialization and the correlation dimension was analyzed. Key words: Technology dimension; Technology classification; Technical characteristics; Technical analysis 随着世界经济的快速发展，在经济中的作用中国经济迅速，科学技术水平不断提高，社会需求层次不断上升，人民消费结构开始转变，这些变化都对中国的发展和创新提出更高的要求。 ]SST ( Social Shaping of Technology ) 理论认为技术进化的市场选择实质上是社会选择的最终阶段，在技术进化的每一个阶段都存在社会的选择和评价，选择是按照一定的评价标准进行的，包括政治的、经济的、人文的和技术的标准，不同的人和社会群体也有不同的标准，技术进化的不同时期的评价标准也不同。[] 因此，根据当前国际科学技术发展环境和发展趋势，从技术维度、技术分类和技术特征等角度，结合中国社会、经济和科技发展的客观情况和实际需要，研究和分析技术解析与评价体系，对于研判技术发展轨迹，准确预测技术价值，把握技术研发方向，建设具有中国特色的创新型国家，具有重要的战略意义。 技术维度分析 ] 关于技术及其本质，亚里士多德较早对其进行了论述，即人类活动的技能。[]马克思认为，技术是人的本质力量的对象化；技术是一种生产力，是自然技术、社会技术、思维技术相互作用而形成的内在统一体，是人类追求自由活动的一种最基本、最重要的实践活动。[]并作了系统论述，提出全部人的活动迄今都是劳动，也就是自身异化的活动，[]而劳动创造了人本身。[]从人类生存的基本需求角度考虑，满足这一基本需求只有在人的物质生产活动中即劳动中才能实现。因此，人的本质是制造和使用工具，而无论是制造工具或是使用工具，其本质都是技术问题，正是技术使人成为了其自身。技术在本质上揭示出人对自然的能动关系，人的生活的直接生产过程，以及人的社会生活条件和由此产生的精神观
