摘 要 船舶结构状态评估及维修决策技术研究 摘 要 针对船舶结构的维修存在工作量大 难度高 管理复杂 费用昂贵等 困难 国外海军提出了舰艇结构完整性管理新概念 我国传统的定期维修 制度存在着过剩维修 不仅浪费人力 物力 财力 还可能导致人为破坏 仅满足安全性要求 并不满足可用性或费用目标 目前仍然没能建立起完 善的 行之有效的维修方法 建立船舶结构维修信息系统 支持对船舶结构进行视情维修 顺应了 船舶维修发展的要求 是船舶结构维修制度深入发展的关键 要实现维修 计划由现行的静态管理向动态的科学管理过渡 就必须要建立船舶结构维 修信息系统 就必须要对船舶结构的状态评估及维修决策技术进行深入的 研究 本论文对船舶结构的状态评估及维修决策技术进行研究 建立了结构 维修数据库来存储大量相关的船舶信息并不断补充更新 将数据库中存储 的船舶结构的状态信息与原始的设计建造信息进行比较 结合船舶结构定 期检测数据及以往的维修信息等 运用模糊综合评判方法进行维修决策评 价 开发了维修决策演示系统 辅助决策者进行决策 评价指标权重的确 定采用简化的AHP 方法来构建三标度矩阵 减少了系统整体误差 通过 维修决策的量化分析 可以对船舶结构的维修时间 部位及维修工作量等 做出较为准确的判断和预测 使维修工作机动 灵活和经济合理 为船舶 结构视情维修提供了一种合理可行的参考方法 关键词 船舶结构维修 船舶结构数据库 维修决策 模糊评价 I Abstract Research on Decision- Abstract Ship structure maintenance and repair has the difficulty of big workload, high difficulty, complex supervise, expensive cost, and so on, so the foreign navy puts forward the new idea of Marine Structure Integrity Program MSIP . In traditional repair system the schedule repair results in overmuch repair which not only wastes manpower, material and financial resources, but also results in man-made destruction. It only meets the security requirement, but doesn’t meet the usability or cost requirement. Up to now the perfect and effective repair method is still not established.
