论 文 摘 要 公平有效的保障农民工随迁子女受教育的权利，实现农民工随迁子女与当地 学生的共同成长是当下迫切需要解决的问题。笔者在实践研究中发现小组合作学 习不失为一条有效的路径。 本研究在借鉴先前研究的基础之上及本人实习的便利，选择了具有代表性的 上海市 X 小学，其生源主要为农民工随迁子女和当地学生。在确定研究对象后， 本研究围绕小组合作学习的主旨，通过文献分析法，对农民工随迁子女、小组合 作学习两个核心概念进行了诠释和文献综述，然后根据相关文献，对小组合作学 习的相关研究进行了梳理与评述。另外，本文主要从建构主义理论、教育公平理 论等四个相关理论提出了本论文研究的理论基础。此外，针对 X 小学农民工随迁 子女和当地学生在小组合作学习的具体操作过程中取得的成效、存在的困惑等， 笔者通过问卷调查、访谈调查等实践研究方法对学校管理者、教师进行了相关调 研，并且就如何使用小组合作学习去推进不同群体学生之间有效融合，笔者与学 校管理者和教师进行了方法和心得体会的交流与互动。最后，针对 X 小学农民工 随迁子女小组合作学习存在的问题，笔者通过问卷、访谈等方法，对 X 小学农民 工随迁子女小组合作学习进行全面分析与归纳，本研究期冀通过小组合作学习这 种学习模式找到农民工随迁子女与当地学生存在差异的原因，并且试图从学校管 理者、教师以及家长的角度，结合对调查资料的分析，提出系统性的应对策略。 关键词：农民工随迁子女，当地学生，小组合作学习 I ABSTRACT How to fair and effectively protect the rights of migrant workers children’ education, realize effective integration of migrant workers children with local students has already become the urgent problem. As to the improvement of local students and peasant workers children in the classroom of microscopic research, the author finds the group cooperative learning is an effective path. On the basis of reference to previous research and the internship, this study chooses the representative of Shanghai X primary school which lies in the special geographical location of Zhabei distric. In addition, students are mainly the migrant workers ’children and local students. This research pays attention to the subject of the group cooperative learning and the migrant workers ’children with the literature analysis method and the related research results in the literature review. Then, this paper makes a carding of the group cooperative learning according to related literature. Also, this article puts forward theory foundations mainly from the constructivist theory, educational theory and other four related theories.
