在华日本留学生跨文化适应研究 摘要：本研究的研究对象是在华日本留学生，研究目的在于了解在华日本留学生的跨文化适 应的结果因素、影响因素与跨文化适应的关系。本研究采用量表的形式调查了79 名在华日 本留学生的跨文化适应情况，重点研究人格、跨文化沟通能力与适应策略三个主要影响因素 对日本留学生的适应情况。在基于量化研究的研究结果发现后，本研究增加了访谈的方式深 入了解日本留学生在华的具体情况。主要研究结果有1）在华日本留学生的跨文化适应与生 活满意度、早日回国意向、学习绩效有显著相关关系2）语言能力、自我效能感与跨文化适 应有较大的相关关系，3）而人格因素上，文化共感性、开放性越高越有助于跨文化适应， 而情绪稳定性与灵活性则与跨文化适应负相关，社交主动性与跨文化适应并无相关关系；4） 适应策略上，东道国认同感与社会文化适应相关，母文化认同感与心理适应并无显著相关； 社会文化适应在适应策略上有显著差异，最好的适应策略是整合策略，社会文化适应与心理 适应之间的关系在整合与同化策略上有显著差异。 关键字：跨文化适应、社会文化适应、心理适应、适应策略、日本留学生 ABSTRACT the object of this study is Japanese students in China, and the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship of Cross-cultural adaptation results and factors. In this study, a series of scale is used to examine 79 Japanese students in China, moreover, personality ,cross-cultural communication and adaptation strategies these three factors is focused on in the cross-cultural adaptation of Japanese students. Based on the results of quantitative research, researcher excavates the reason of the results by the means of Interviews. The results of this study show that 1) Three factors result in cross-cultural adaptation of Japan students in China are related to each other 2) Language skills and Self-efficacy sense to communicate both are related to cross-cultural adaptation 3)Cultural empathy and Openness are positive correlation to cross-cultural adaptation; while emotional stability and flexibility are negative correlation to cross-cultural adaptation; social initiate is not correlation to cross-cultural adaptation 4) Host-national is positive correlation to sociocultural adaptation, while co-national is not correlation to psychological adaptation. And then, sociocultural adaptation has significant differences on adaptation strategies, who adopt Integration strategies have a better sociocultural adaptation.
