第 25 卷 第 3 期 工 程 管 理 学 报 Vol. 25 No. 3 2011 年 06 月 Journal of Engineering Management Jun. 2011 2010 年建筑业发展统计分析 住房和城乡建设部计划财务与外事司 中国建筑业协会 摘 要：在翔实的统计数据基础上，从建筑业支柱产业地位、产业规模和效益、房屋施工面积、新签合同额、企业数量和从 业人员、对外发展等方面对2010 年建筑业总体情况进行了分析。总结出2010 年中国建筑业地区发展差异较大、建筑市场分 布相对集中等6 个特点。从专业类别、资质等级、注册地区和登记类型4 个角度，对2010 年中国建筑业特级、一级企业的 主要指标增长率、总产值比例、利润比例和新签合同额比例等基本情况进行了分析。 关键词：建筑业；统计分析；特级企业；一级企业 中图分类号：F407.9 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1674-8859 （2011 ）03-241-11 Statistics Analysis on Development of the Construction Industry of 2010 in China Department of Planning ，Finance and Foreign Affairs ，Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China ，China Construction Industry Association Abstract ：Based on the statistics data ，the general situation of the construction industry of 2010 in China was analyzed which are pillar areas in the construction industry ，industrial scale and benefit，construction area，value of new contracts ，number of enterprises and employees，and outreach. The characteristics for the construction industry development of 2010 in China were summarized in six aspects，including the increase of regional development gap and relative concentration of construction market distribution. The basic situations of Chinese special and the first grade enterprises in 2010 were analyzed，including the growth rate of the main indicators， total output value ，benefit ratio ，and value of new contracts ratio. The situations were detailed from four aspects of specialty category，qualification ranking，registration region and registration type.
