226 · ChinOphthalRes，March2009，Vo1．27，No．3 · 临床研究 · Toric人工晶状体矫正角膜散光的效果评价刘荣张红 Effectofimplantation oftoricintraocular lenson cornealastigmatism LiuRong，ZhangHong．TianjinMedicalUniversityEyeCenter，Tianjin300070，China Abstract Objective Theclinicaloutcomeofcorrectofcornealastigmatism followingcataractsurgeryshowedalimit effectiveness，andimplantationoftoricintraocularlens(IOL)hasbecomeanewoption．Thisstudywastoevaluatetheresultand rotationalstablilityoftoricIOLaftercataractsurgery． Methods Thirtyfiveeyesof32subjectswereenrolledfrom Tianjin MedicalUniversityEyeCenter．Thepreoperativecornealastigmatismwasmorethan1．00diopter(D)foralltheeyes．Allpatients underwentsimilarphacoemulsificationcombinedwithtoricIOLsimplantation．Theuncorrectedvisualacuity(UCVA)，best correctedvisualacuity(BCVA)，preoperative cornealastigmatism，anticipatedresidualastigmatism，postoperativeresidual astigmatism andtoriclensaxisweredetected andmeasured．Thepostoperative IOL positionwasassessedat1day，1week，1 month and3monthsusingaspeciallydesignedanglemeasuringeyepieceundertheslitlamp． Results At3monthsfollowing surgery．92％ ofeyesshowedthe0．5orbetterinUCVA．78％ ofeyeswas0．8orbetterinUCVA and96％ ofeyesachieved0．8 orbetterinBCVA．Themeanpreoperativecornealastigmatismwas(1．500±0．405)Dandthepostoperativerefractivecylinder was(0．200±0．179)D，indicatingasignificantdecreaseinrefractivecylinderaftersurgery(￡=18．817，P0．05)．Themean rotationoftoricIOLswas(2．132±1．853)degreesafterpostoperative1day，andthatof3monthsafteroperationwaswithin5 degreesin94．3％ ofeyes．Onlyoneeyeoccurredmorethan 10 degreesofrotation afteroperation． Conclusion ToricIOLs allow cataractpatientsthebetterUCVA ，goodrotationalstabilityand predictability in the correctofcornealastigmatism．The combinationp
