商贸旅游系毕业设计论文 试析酒店员工流失的原因及解决方法 专 业 酒店管理专业 班 级 酒店S2011-3 学　　号 19 学生姓名 朱思岚 指导教师 沈飞跃老师 二O一四 引言 摘 要 由于对酒店管理这门学科的浓厚兴趣，加上曾在豪布斯卡酒店实习近半年，所以想深入研究下目前我国酒店业的人才发展的状况。我在实习期间发现在酒店中人才得不到合理的利用，以至于酒店人才的流失非常的大。如前台工作人员需要倒班，工作时间不稳定，一段时间后职员就感到不适应，往往会选择一个“朝九晚五”的单位，还有酒店工作环境不佳，人事关系复杂，人员之间相互攀比拆台，工作没有形成质量第一的概念，酒店的发展离不开人才，面临这样严峻的情势，本文将从实习期间所见所闻为基础，并参考我国现在酒店业人才的发展现状，人才流失的原因和影响，拟就目前我国酒店业人才流失及其产生的影响和如何解决的对策略陈管见。 关键词： 酒店管理 人才流失 工资待遇 激励 ABSTRACT Due to hotel management interest in this subject, and had worked as an intern in hopsca hotel past, so I want to study under the situation of the talent development of Chinas hotel industry.
