湖北中医药大学毕业设计（论文） 浅析医院手污染及消毒方法学生姓名 学 号 专业班级 指导教师 2012年月 没有任何剽窃、抄袭、造假等违反学术道德、学术规范的行为，也没有侵犯任何其他人或组织的科研成果及专利如 摘 要 医院感染是当前公共卫生领域的一个重要问题，它不仅威胁着患者的健康生命，而且直接影响医疗质量，是导致患者住院时间延长、病死率和病残率增加的杀手，并消耗了有限的医疗资源。如何有效地控制医院感染，已成为医院急需解决的公共卫生问题。手是作为各种病菌传播的媒介，在医院感染传播途径中，医务人员的手由于频繁接触患者而污染严重，是造成医院感染的重要原因，由医护人员的手传播的病原菌所致感染占医院感染发生率约30％，手的清洗与消毒是预防医院感染的重要措施，医院感染往往是通过医务人员的手直接或间接地接触患者和污染物品，成为医院感染的主要传播媒介，而手卫生消毒是一种最基本、最简便、最可行的重要措施，它能有效预防与控制病原体的传播。 关键词：医院感染；手消毒；公共卫生 Abstract The hospital infection is the current public health field of an important problem, and it not only threatens the life the patients health, but also directly affect the quality of medical treatment, to extend the length of time the patients is sick and mortality rate increases, the killer, and consumed the limited medical resources. How to effectively control the hospital infection, has become a hospital in need of solution public health problem. The hand is as a medium for the spread of all sorts of bacteria, in the hospital infection spread approach, the hand of the medical staff by the frequent contact with and pollution is serious, is the important reason for the hospital infection caused by the hand of the medical staff of the spread of pathogens of nosocomial infections caused by infection of about 30%, and of the hands of the cleaning and disinfection is an important measure of hospital infection prevention, hospital infection often is to pass the hand of medical personnel directly or indirectly contact with patients and pollution items, become the main media hospital infection, and hand hygiene disinfection is one of the most basic, most convenient, the most feasible important measures, it can effectively prevent and control the spread of pathogens.
