image p rocessing In general , images interpolated by t he bicubic manyknot spline interpolation are blurred
in t he edge regions as a result of ignoring t he local feat ures of t he images In or der to solve t he p roblem of
blurring in t he edge regions , an adaptive interpolation met hod is p resented
