新安煤矿深井软岩硐室钢管混凝土支架支护技术研究 李剑锋 （徐州矿务集团平凉新安煤业公司） 摘要：新安矿变电所巷道埋深约750m，属软岩巷道，岩石岩样自然状态下吸水中度崩解,巷道围岩荷 载大, 两帮煤体强度低，底鼓严重;为解决变电所软岩支护难题，本文在充分分析了围岩工程地质条件后， 设计选用了两种方支护方案进行对比，确保找到适合巷道支护低成本支架支护方案，钢管混凝土支架分 Φ 194×8 支架和Φ 194×10支架两种型号，支护反力分别达到 1.16MPa 和 1.23MPa。使用基于钢管混凝土 支架的复合支护方案后，变电所基本没有变形，效果良好，实践证明钢管混凝土支架的高强承载能力在软 岩深井支护中具有突出优势，可以作为软岩巷道支护的可靠设备。 关键词：软岩巷道；钢管混凝土支架；复合支护方案；巷道支护 The supporting application of concrete-filled steel tube supports in Soft rock mine roadway Jian-feng Li Abstract: The substation of Xin An is soft rock mine roadway, he depth of which is about 750mm.there is the big loading of surrounding rock, the low strength of coal on both sides, and the serious floor heave of the roadway. The concrete-filled steel tube support is divided into basic models Φ194×8 and enhanced model Φ194×10, and the supporting reaction forces were respectively 1.09MPa and 1. 16MPa. After using concrete-filled steel tube support，Substation is almost no distortion, the effect is very good. The practice shows that the high-strength bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tube supports possesses outstanding advantage, so it can be the reliable equipmention the rock roadway support of the kilometer deep mine roadway.
