我国政务信息公开的现状与展望 摘要：随着近年来我国政治民主化进程的逐步加快，公众参政议政的意识不断提高，政务信息公开越来越成为人们热衷讨论的话题，过去的“保密为原则、公开为例外”也开始变为“公开为原则、保密为例外”，各级政府在政务信息公开方面也已经取得巨大成就。但是，由于各种原因，我国政务信息公开在实践中还存在种种问题。因此，对当前我国政务信息公开存在的问题进行分析，并进一步提出有针对性的对策建议，正是本学位论文要着重研究的关键所在。本论文将主要包括以下几方面的内容：首先，对我国政务信息公开的现状进行概述，包括政务信息公开所取得的初步成效、存在的问题等；其次，重点对其存在的问题及成因进行深入而细致的分析；再次，针对上述我国政务信息公开存在的种种问题，提出针对性的对策建议。最后，总结本学位论文的所做的主要工作，并对将来我国政务信息公开的发展进行展望。 关键词：政务公开;政务信息公开；现状;问题;对策分析 The Current Stuation and Forecast to the Future about the Government Affairs Information Open in Our Country Abstract：Along with the speeding of political democratization advancement in our country, The publics consciousness for participating and deliberating the governmental affairs have been unceasingly enhancing .Therefore the governmental affairs open was becoming the hot topic of discussion in these years,security is a principle and opening is the exception in the past,but in these days ,It became opening is principle and security is the exception.And all levels of government has already obtained the huge achievement in opening the government affairs. But because of all kinds of reasons, the government affairs opening also has all sorts of problems in practice. Therefore, analyzing these problems and finding out some measures is the key point about this study. This study mainly includes the following several aspects：Firstly, describing the present situation of the government affairs open in our country, it includes the preliminary achievement and the existence question in developing government affairs open. Secondly, analizing its existence questions and reasons thoroughly. Thirdly, in view of above all sorts of existence questions, put forward the pointed countermeasure proposal. Finally, summarizes the main work which this study does, and will carry on the forecast to the future about our country government affairs open.
