实验性大鼠脑出血急性期血浆和脑组织中胰岛素样生长因子-1的含量_医学论文 实验性大鼠脑出血急性期血浆和脑组织中胰岛素样生长因子-1的含量_医学论文 作者：吕云利　付学锋　路奎　廖军　徐文武 【关键词】 大鼠 　　关键词: 大鼠脑出血胰岛素生长因子-1脑组织血浆 　　摘 要:目的 探讨胰岛素生长因子-1（IGF-1）在实验性脑出血大鼠急性期血浆和脑组织中的含量变化，阐明在脑出血过程的作用. 方法 SD大鼠80只，随机分为对照组、小量脑出血组、中量脑出血组和大量脑出血组，每组20只，每组按出血后1，8，24，48和72h再分成5小组，每小组4只.采用Nath法建立大鼠脑出血模型，用放射免疫法测定血浆和脑组织中IGF-1的含量. 结果 与对照组相比，大，中，小量脑出血组在脑出血后1h血浆中的IGF-1量开始减少，但无显著差异，8，24和48h下降明显（0.01），以8h下降最明显，72h已恢复至1h水平，与对照组相比，脑出血后1，8，24和48h血肿周围脑组织中IGF-1的含量明显增高（0.01），8h为峰值，以后逐渐下降，72h接近对照组.大，中，小量脑出血组在8，24和48h时象相比有非常明显差异（0.01）. 结论 IGF-1可能参与了脑出血的病理生理过程，是一个新的相关因素. 　　Keywords:ratcerebral hemorrhageinsulin-like growth factor-1perihemotomaplasma 　　Abstract:AIM To observe insulin-like growth factor-1（IGF-1）concentration change in plasma perihemotoma of rats with acute cerebral hemorrhage in order to explore the effect of IGF-1on acute cerebral hemorrhage.METHODS Eighty SD rats weighted250～300g were randomly assigned to four groups:control group，and little，medium，large　quantity hemorrhage groups with each group divided into1，8，24，48and72h post hemorrhage subgroups.The model of cerebral hemorrhage was copied according to Nath’s and IGF-1contents in rat plasma and perihemotoma were mea-sured with radioimmunoassay.RESULTS Compared to con-trol group，plasma IGF-1content began to decrease after a-cute cerebral hemorrhage，with no significant difference at1and72h，significant difference（0.01）at8，24and48h post cerebral hemorrhage，especially at8hand with no sig-nificant difference at the same time-points during three exper-iment groups.Compared to control group，IGF-1contents in perihemotoma appeared statistically significantly higher dur-ing48h post acute hemorrhage（0.01），at the peak at8h，but72h post hemorrhage not significantly higher.Among three experiment groups，IGF-1contents in large quantity hemorrhage group appeared significantly higher than that in little and medium hemorrhage ones from8to48h post hem-orrhage（0.01）.CONCLUSION IGF-1might be in-volved in the pathogenesis of acute cerebral he
