汽车行业创新和研发组织关系的的研究.doc

摘  要  本文以法国标致雪铁龙（PSA）汽车有限公司和其在中国的合资企业神龙汽车 有限公司的研发机构为研究对象，通过分析 PSA 研发组织结构、专业发展计划的推 进、专业发展和新项目的关系等多方面，以及神龙公司十多年来研发组织的演变及 专业发展的进步，提出研发组织对提高研发能力和持续创新能力的重要作用。 结论指出了企业创新和研发的关系，阐述了建立高效研发组织需要注意的三个 方面。即：与公司发展战略一致的专业发展目标、完善的矩形研发组织结构、健全 的双轴线运行模式。 自主创新是企业提高核心竞争力，走可持续发展道路的必然选择。自主研发是 自主创新的重要保证。其中，基础研究和应用研究是创新的源泉。中国企业在研发 实力上的落后，除了在研发投入上的巨大差距外，在研发组织结构上，严重忽视了 基础研究和应用研究，无法保证核心技术的可持续性发展。 中国企业目前的实力，短时间内在研发的绝对投入上无法达到国外跨国集团相 同水平，所以我们更应该建立一个高效的研发组织，保证有限的研发投入能得到最 大的效益。 本文仅从企业内部的研发组织结构上分析了如何提高研发效率及提出了一些建 议。实际上，研发创新能力的提高不仅仅只涉及企业自身，企业与政府、科研大学、 合作伙伴甚至竞争对手之间，同样要建立一个高效的研发机制，保证社会的投入得 到最大的回报，也增强社会对自主研发的信心。这将是一个更广泛而且意义更深远 的课题，有待进一步研究。  关键词：创新  RD  组织  I Abstract This essay takes the France brand-PSA, a car-manufacturing corporation Ltd and RD organization of its joint-venture, DPCA as the main research target. Through the analysis of the PSA RD organization, the process of the academic development plan, the relation between academic development and its new items, the changes of the RD organizations and the progresses in academic development of DPCA in last ten years, it makes clear the importance role of the RD organization in the improvement of the RD abilities and the long-lasting innovative ability. In the conclusion part, Il pointes on the relation between the innovation and RD of enterprises, proposing three aspects which should be paid attention to the construct of high-efficient RD organization. The three aspects are: the goal of academic development that is in consistence with the company’s development strategies; the company’s consummate rectangle RD organization, and the double-axle operating model. Self-innovation is the necessary choice for a company to improve its core-competence and develop in a long-lasting way. Self-research is the vase of self-innovation. The basic research and implication research is the source of innovation. Chinese enterprises is left far behind in the RD abilities.
