南方医科大学教学大纲 外科学 surgery 供临床医学五年制、医学影像专业使用） 执笔人：黄宗海 李松建 刘春晓 闫玉生 张世忠 徐世元 陆志刚 赵明 肖能坎 柳大烈 吴爱国 厉周 徐小平 纪术峰 黄元媛 闵少雄 林荔军 田京 于博 曹延林 徐亚文 徐啊白 陈群清 张福伟 王向宇 张旺明 张新伟 周振军 周健 刘辉 刘永光 王晋煌 刘洪 审定人：黄震 刘洪 学院负责人：陈志中 南方医科大学教务处 二○○七年一月 一、课程简介 外科学是临床医学的一个骨干学科，是以某些疾病的发生和发展的某个阶段需要手术或以手术为主要疗法的教学内容，本课程包括外科基础，外科常见疾病和外科手术学等内容，使学生掌握外科基础理论，基本知识，基本操作技能；掌握外科常见疾病的病因、病理、临床表现、诊断、鉴别诊断、预防和治疗原则；熟悉手术的适应症和禁忌症。外科学要训练学生外科手术学基本操作和培养学生严格的无菌观念。还要着重加强对学生临床思维、实际工作能力的培养及创新意识的养成，强化学生树立为病人服务的意识，自觉的运用理论与实践相结合的原则，培养学生发现问题，分析问题和解决问题能力。 外科学教学包括理论、临床见习和病例讨论、临床实习三部分。教学总时数850学时，其中课堂授课150学时，临床见习与病例讨论60学时，临床实习640学时。通过理论和实践教学，使学生达到德、智、体全面发展的合格医师。 Chirurgery is a predominant discipline in clinical medicine, which needs the surgery or by the surgery take certain diseases occurrences and development some stage as the main therapy course content. The course content of basic surgery、common disease and operative surgerycauses the student to grasp the rational surgery, elementary knowledge,elementary operation skill;and prehension the cause of surgical common disease、pathology、clinical situation、diagnosis、differential diagnosis、prophylaxis and therapeutic principlefamiliarity operative indication and contraindication. Not only basic operation of operative surgery and strict aseptic concept but also clinical thinking, actual work ability and new thought should be cultivated in the surgery course. The awareness of serving for patient and the principle of binding theory and practice together should be strengthened. The ability of students to detect, analyse and solve problem should be cultivate. The surgery teaching including three parts: the theory, the clinical application、case of illness discusses and clinically practises. The teaching total 850 courses, to given lessons 150 courses in classroom, clinical application and case of illness discusses 60 courses, clinical practice 640 courses, Through the theory and the practice teaching, enable the student to achieve the full scale development qualified doctor.
