What this thesis concentrate on is how industry should support its own industry operation through engaged in financial business, and concurrently how industrial-financial holding company manage finance derivatives transactions. Industrial-financial holding as a way to improve the competitive edge of enterprises and methods of making itself bigger and stronger, is always praised highly by the business circles in China. There is no clear answer yet according to past experience whether or not industrial-financial holding will promote the development of enterprise.
