高校艺术设计类教师胜任力模型构建的研究.docVIP

摘  要  随着高校规模的逐步扩大，培养高素质、高层次人才的任务日益加重，高校教师 这支队伍素质的高低决定着高校教学和科研的水平。尤其近几年艺术类高校招生规模 在不断地扩大，艺术类高校教师的队伍也在不断地壮大，这使高校艺术类教师受到更 多的关注，并被提出更高的要求。 高校艺术设计类教师既是艺术设计创作者，同时有担负着艺术人才的培养，他们 有着自己极其鲜明的特点。本论文旨在探讨高校艺术设计类教师应具备的胜任力结构 模型。本论文以胜任力的背景、意义、研究方法与内容、文献综述为基本思路入手， 在文献分析的基础上，进行行为事件访谈法，整理出共计 35 项胜任素质条目，并编 写了《高校艺术设计类教师胜任特征核检表》，进行了测试，运用 spss17.0 软件对该 调查问卷的结果进行了检验与分析。最终得出构成高校艺术设计类教师胜任力模型共 八个因子，包括：主观特质、职业执行力、思维与分析力、艺术设计相关技能、专业 策略、合作与领导精神、个人能动性、思辨力。 本论文的研究结论希望能建立一套适应高校艺术设计类教师自身特点、科学合理 的能力管理体系，并希望能用于实践，对人力资源管理部门在教师的招聘与聘任制度、 培训、职业发展规划、绩效评估、薪酬晋升等方面有一定的帮助。  主题词：胜任力  胜任力模型  艺术设计类教师 I Abstract As the universities scales are gradually expanding, the pressure of training high-quality, high-level personnel is getting bigger. The quality of university teachers determines the level of teaching and research of universities. Especially in recent years, college enrollment scale of the art is constantly expanding, the amount of art teachers are also growing, which makes the College Art teachers receive more attention and higher demands. Art and Design teachers of college are creators of art and design, at the same time responsible for the cultivation of artistic talents; they have their own very distinct characteristics. The main task of this thesis is examining what kind of model of competence the College Art and Design teachers should have. This thesis involving Competency background, significance, research methods and content, literature review, summarizes the basic idea of related papers, using the method of behavioral event interview, sorting out a total of 35 competency entry and finished the College Art design class teacher competence checklist Scale, tested it, and with the help of spss17.0 software, results of the questionnaire for the inspection and analysis are got.
