Methods: Clinical Study: Sixty infertile patients with tubal obstruction undergoing IVF-ET were divided into two groups at random, 30 cases in the test group treated with acupuncture and western medicine, and 30 cases in the control group treated only by western medicine. The differences of improvement of kidney deficiency and liver depressed syndrome, Guide resistance index of theca blood impacts and the embryo implantation, scores of SAS,SDS,accounts of harvested oocytes, high-quality oocyte rate, fertilization rate, cleavage rate, good embryo rate and pregnancy rate . Correlation test was proceeded between the levels of resistance index oftheca blood and accounts of harvested oocytes, high-quality oocyte rate, fertilization rate, cleavage rate, good embryo rate, the embryo implantatioand pregnancy rate .
