银杏叶提取物对大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡的影响_药学论文 银杏叶提取物对大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡的影响_药学论文 作者：余良主 黄碧兰 王帮华 丁洁琼 唐琼【摘要】 目的探讨银杏叶提取物对大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡的影响及其机制。方法采用结扎大鼠幽门的方法建立大鼠胃溃疡模型。45只Wistar大鼠随机分为3组，即正常对照组、溃疡模型组和银杏叶提取物（EGb）处理组。于造模术前第7天开始，EGb处理组大鼠通过胃管灌饲银杏叶提取物，1次/d，共7 d。在最后1次给药完毕1 h后，麻醉状态下，打开大鼠的腹腔，在幽门下穿线将幽门结扎，然后缝合腹壁切口。经13 h后各组大鼠处死，检测3组大鼠胃黏膜溃疡指数(UI)、胃液总酸度、胃蛋白酶活性和壁细胞H+，K+-ATP酶活性。结果溃疡模型组大鼠UI值（0.01）和胃液总酸度增大（0.01），同时胃液胃蛋白酶活性和壁细胞H+，K+-ATP酶活性升高（0.01）；而应用银杏叶提取物则减轻了大鼠应激性胃黏膜损伤（0.01），UI值（0.01）和胃液总酸度减小（0.01），胃液胃蛋白酶活性和壁细胞H+，K+-ATP酶活性降低（0.05）。结论银杏叶提取物具有抗大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡的作用，其机制可能是通过抑制胃酸及胃蛋白酶分泌有关。 【关键词】 胃溃疡； 幽门； 大鼠； 银杏叶提取物； 胃酸； 胃蛋白酶； ATP酶 　　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract on pylorus ligated gastric ulcer in rats and its mechanism. MethodsRat gastric ulcer model was made by ligating pylorus method．45 wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups(n=15 per group)：① the normal control group；② the ulcer model group and③ the group orally pretreated with Ginkgo biloba extract for 7 days before modeling. The pylorus was ligated 1h under anesthesia after the last administration. Then the abdominal wall was closed with sutures. Thirteen hours later, the rats were killed. The gastric mucosal ulcer index(UI),total acidity of gastric juice, pepsin activity of gastric juice and H+，K+-ATPase activity of parietal cells were measured in rats of every group. ResultsCompared with the normal control group，the ulcer model group showed increase in UI（0.01）, total acidity of gastric juice（0.01）, pepsin activity of gastric juice and H+，K+-ATPase activity of parietal cells（0.01）. In the treated group, the gastric mucosal injury was attenuated, and the gastric mucosal ulcer index(UI)（0.01）,total acidity of gastric juice（0.01）,pepsin activity of gastric juice and H+，K+-ATPase activity of parietal cells decreased（0.05）. ConclusionGinkgo biloba extract can improve pylorus ligated gastric ulcer in rats, whose mechanism can be related to its inhibition of the secretion of gastric acid and pepsin. 　　Key words：Gastric ulcer； Pylor
