青少年网络成瘾心理行为干预研究_医学论文 青少年网络成瘾心理行为干预研究_医学论文 【关键词】 网络成瘾;心理行为干预;青少年;自尊量表;网络成瘾量表   【摘要】 目的 探讨心理行为干预对青少年网络成瘾的影响。方法 将120名≤18 a的青少年随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各60名。实验组以自尊、自信、人际关系、压力应对,以及健康使用电脑和网络为主题进行干预,40 min #125391次#12539w-1,共干预4次。对照组在相同时间内进行与本干预无关的课程。干预前后采用自编问卷、自尊量表、网络成瘾量表进行评定分析。 结果 实验组干预后自编问卷评分显著高于干预前(t=2.781,P<0.01);干预后两组间自编问卷评分有显著性差异(t=2.635,P<0.05)。自尊量表评分干预后与干预前组内、组间比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。网络成瘾量表评分两组干预后均较干预前有所下降,但组内、组间比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。实验组干预后自编问卷单项因子回答正确率较干预前普遍提高,对照组多项因子回答正确率普遍降低。 结论 对青少年网络成瘾高危人群进行心理行为干预,能有效提高对网络成瘾问题的认识和对网络的正确使用。   【关键词】 网络成瘾;心理行为干预;青少年;自尊量表;网络成瘾量表   Psychological and behavioral interventions in teenagers with Internet addiction   【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of psychological and behavioral interventions in teenagers with Internet addiction. Methods 120 teenagers ≤18 years were randomly divided into experiment(n=60) and control group(n=60). Interventions such as selfesteem, selfconfidence, interpersonal relationship, pressure coping and healthily using computer and Internet were given to the experiment group for 40 minutes/once, once/week, a total of 4 times. The control group received irrespective subject to the interventions in corresponding period. Assessments were conducted with the Selfmade Questionnaire(SMQ) and the Selfesteem Scale(SES) and the Internet Addiction Scale(IAS) before and after intervention. Results Score of the SMQ of postintervention was significantly higher than that of preintervention(t=2.781,0.01) after intervention, there was significant difference in the SMQ score between the 2 groups(t=2.635, 0.05). compared with preintervention, scores of the IAS decreased significantly after intervention for both 2 groups, but there were no significant differences in the IAS scores for intraor intergroup(Pgt0.05). Correct rate of singlefactor answer of the SMQ generally increased in the intervention group after intervention compared with preintervention and decreased in the control group.
