移动互联时代的科普传播 刘 琳 (华夏高科技产业创新奖办公室,北京 100061) 摘要:3G 推动下的无线移动互联产业呈暴发式发展,2010 年全球手机用户总数达到 50 亿。与此同时,以互联 网信息技术、数字技术为主的新媒体迅猛发展,手机媒体被称作是“第五媒体”,它有着分众传播、个人定制、随 身携带、互动便捷的优势。在当今世界,科学技术知识的创造、传播、扩散和应用作为一个有机的整体,影响着 一国综合国力的全面提升。普及科学技术,提高全民科学素质,被赋予与科技创新同等重要的地位。科普传播更 要与新媒体结合,以手机报、手机杂志、手机图书、手机视频、手机 TV 、手机门户网站、手机博客、手机 QQ 互动、手机游戏、手机商城等各种应用形式,开发更加丰富的图文、娱乐游戏、电影、动漫、电视、论坛等多种 交互式传播形式,结合线下的高科技展览场馆、科幻公园,世界性的科技博览会以及大型科技互动活动,将科普 创造与传播与时代接轨,提高大众科学素质,共创美好未来。 关键词:信息科学;移动互联网;科普传播模式 Diffusion of Popular Science in the Mobile Internet Age LIU Lin (The 1st Author, Office of China High-Tech Originality Awards, Beijing 100061, China) Abstract: Under the promotion of the 3G technology, the wireless mobile internet industry is being developed explosively and the total number of the mobile users in the world has reached 5 billion this year (2010). Meanwhile, as the new media, characterized by information communication technology, th and digital technology, has been developing rapidly, the mobile phone media is called “the 5 media”. It has its own superiority in diffusion on different masses, individual customization, being carried about freely, and convenient interaction. Nowadays, scientific and technological originality, transmission and diffusion have been influencing all-round elevation of the comprehensive power of a country.
