四川省财产保险市场调查报告 彭建坤 1 李颖 2 （1．西南财经大学，四川 成都 610074；2.四川省保险行业协会，四川 成都 610017） ［摘要］近年来，随着四川省经济的迅速发展，产险业获得了发展的良好外部条件，主 体不断增多，保障功能进一步加强，市场体系更加完善，开放水平显著提高，保险业务规模 在全国位列第九。但由于地域及其他原因，四川省产险业依然存在诸多不足，如产险业整体 发展水平不高，地区差异较大；寡头垄断竞争格局依然明显，缺乏适度竞争；险种结构不合 理，市场有效供给不足；中高级管理人才及保险专业人才匮乏等。四川省产险业应通过更新 观念，抓住机遇，加快产险业务的发展；推动不同经济类型地区的产险业和谐发展；扩大产 险市场主体的阵容，培育公平竞争的市场环境等不同方式，积极发展，提高产险业在全国的 竞争力。 ［关键词］四川省产险业；增长速度；险种结构 ［中图分类号］ F840.65 ［文献标识码］ A ［文章编号］1004-3306（2006）10-0086-04 Abstract： The booming economy of Sichuan Province in recent years provides favorable external environment for the development of the property and casualty insurance industry. The number of PC companies keeps increasing, the scope of coverage is continuously expanded, the market system is improved, and the opening-up of the market is widened. The size of premium income ranks at the ninth place in China. However, for geographical and other reasons, the PC insurance industry here is to be improved on many aspects. The overall development level of the PC industry is not very high and geographical difference is prominent; the oligopolistic competition framework remains unchanged and there is a lack of due competition; the product mix is not sound and effective market supply is insufficient; and there is an urgent need of medium 　 to 　 high level management personnel and insurance professionals. The PC sector here should rejuvenate their concepts and capture the opportunity to accelerate its development. It should promote a harmonious development of the PC industry in all regions with different economic model, increase the number of insurance companies, cultivate a fair 　 dealing and competitive environment, and improve its competitiveness among all provinces.
