妇产科实习教学中实施强化综合改革方案初探_临床医学论文 妇产科实习教学中实施强化综合改革方案初探_临床医学论文 作者：王一荃，王祝鸣，阚延静，蔡满红，段小义，申艳，童华 【摘要】 目的 探讨实习学生特别是男生在妇产科实习中的教学改革方案。方法 将南京医科大学临床医学2004级及2005级学生159人分为试验组80人，对照组79人。试验组采用强化综合教学法：包括优化岗前教育，开展心理疏导消除性别差异; 进行模拟技能示教;与患者沟通交流的技术; 严格挑选带教教师，定人带教;创造良好环境，在制度上保证实习计划的完成; 教学模式从 “教师为中心”转变为以“学生为中心”;开展教学小讲座及病例讨论、教学查房;定期评价教学工作，及时改进。对照组仍沿用以往的传统教学方法。实习结束后，进行自编问卷调查，每份问卷分2部分：教师对实习同学在妇产科实习态度的评价，教师对实习同学妇产科技能掌握的评价。利用SPSS13.0软件统计整理。结果 试验组在男生对妇产科实习的态度、男生在妇产科实习的效果等各方面明显高于对照组(0.05)。结论 综合改革方案有利实习同学特别是男性学生的妇产科实习。 【关键词】 妇产科;实习;教师;男性学生;教学改革 　Exploring a comprehensive reform program during the teaching practice of obstetrics and gynecology 　　WANG Yi-quan,WANG Zhu-ming, KAN Yan-Jing,et al.Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nanjing 210046,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore a comprehensive reform program during the teaching practice of obstetrics and gynecology for internship students, specifically male students.Methods 159 students of Nanjing Medical University were divided into the experimental group (80 students), control group (79 students). The experimental group applies the enhanced integrated teaching method that included optimization of pre-education, psychological counseling to eliminate gender disparities, simulated skills, demonstration of technical communication with patients, carefully selected teaching teachers, create a favorable environment to ensure the completion of internship program, teaching pattern from the teacher-centered changed to student-centered, carry out small seminars and case discussions, evaluate of teaching method regularly and improve timely. The control group used the traditional teaching methods. After practice, we conduct survey, each questionnaire divided into 2 parts: the attitude of internship students to the obstetrics and gynecology practice, the evaluation to the teaching practice of obstetrics and gynecology.
