Research on Formation Process of Tacit Knowledge Cloud

Abstract! Tacit knowledge is highly abstracted w hich derives rom integration o explicit knowledge and practical experi
ences, and which supports e icient reasoning and rapid retrieving. Tacit knowledge is acquired in practice; and tacit knowledge
can also guide the individual to practice better. In this process, the mechanism o assimilating and accommodating plays an impor
tant role. Concept lattice is a mathematic theory on the relationship betw een objects and attributes. With the theory o concept lat
tice, ormation o tacit knowledge can have a better understanding. It can provide a good direction or tacit knowledge manage
ment.
