Over a 24-months period, the jobholder will gain professional experience in different areas of insurance operations. It is structured to provide fresh graduates or young talents with less than 3 years working experience with a chance to develop a fast-track insurance career. Upon successful graduation from the INSHMT programme, MTs should be able to take a junior manager position in related function.
