电力系统及其自动化 ·39 · 在线辨识电网电压稳定性薄弱节点的方法 廖国栋 王晓茹 西南交通大学电气工程学院 四川 成都 610031 【摘 要】 利用电压稳定在线监测系统进行在线预警，是电压稳定在线监控系统的重要组成部分。该 文根据单电源简单传输系统模型，提出了一种在线监测静态电压稳定性的负荷裕度指标， 它可以准确地反映节点的负荷裕度，能给出运行点是否位于系统 PV 曲线上半支或者下半 支的信息；对多机系统中的负荷节点以及联络节点构造了仅需要测量局部电压电流的单电 源功率传输等值系统。在改进的 IEEE 50 机测试系统上仿真表明，提出的电压稳定在线监 测方法能很好地反映负荷裕度，捕捉到电压稳定薄弱节点。 【关键词】 电压稳定 广域量测系统 电压稳定指标 An On-line Identifying Critical Nodes Method for Power System Voltage Stability Liao Guodong Wang Xiaoru School of Electrical Engineering ，Southwest Jiao tong University ，Chengdu 610031 ，Sichuan ，China Abstract ：For the on-line monitoring and control of voltage stability ，the on-line prediction in an on-line voltage stability monitoring system is important. Based on a single source power system ，this paper presented a load margin index for on-line monitoring static voltage stability. The proposed index not only can accurately reflected the load margin at a bus ，but also can show that the operating point was located in the upper or lower half segment of PV curve. For the multi-machine system ，a single source equivalent system was constructed for each load bus or tie bus ，which only need bus voltages and inject currents at buses in a local scope. With the help of a wide area measurement system （WMAS ），the parameters of the single source equivalent system and the load margin index could be measured and computed.
