!医 杂声 2014年第28卷第3期 ·113 · · 论著与经验 · 雷公藤 甲素对哮喘小鼠白介素 8及 白介素 10表达的影响 广东省粤北人民医院呼吸内科 (512026) 刘清毅 程江涛 张宏华 杨印楼 【摘 要】 目的 研究雷公藤 甲素对哮喘小鼠的治疗作用及对 白介素 8(II一8)及 白介素 1O(II一1O)表达的影 响。 方法 6o只小鼠，随机分 6组，每组各 1O只。分别为正常对照组(A)、哮喘组 (B)、地塞米松治疗组(c)及不 同剂量 雷公藤 甲素治疗组(D、E、F)，建立小鼠卵蛋 白哮喘模型，用 ELISA测定肺组织匀浆及气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中 IL-8、IL10表达水平 。结果 哮喘组小 鼠肺组织匀浆及 BALF中IL-8表迭均高于正常对照组 (Pd0．01)，哮喘 组小鼠肺组织匀浆及BAIF中II一10表达均低于正常对照组(P0．01)，雷公藤 甲素治疗组及地塞米松组 IL一8低 于哮喘组(Pd0．01)，雷公藤 甲素治疗组及地塞米松组 IL一1o高于哮喘组 (Pd0．01)。结论 雷公藤 甲素对哮喘 小鼠有明显治疗作用，可抑制 II一8表达及提高 IL—lO的表达。 【关键词】 雷公藤 甲素 支气管哮喘 II一8 IL一1O Effectsoftriptolideonexpressionofinterleukin8and interleukin 10ofasthmaticmouse LiuQingyi，ChengJiangtao，ZhangHonghua，eta1．DepartmentofRespiratoryDiseases，YuebeiHospital，Sha— oguanGuangdong ，512026，China． [Abstract] Objective ToinvestigatethecurativeeffectandexploringeffectsoftriptolideontheexpressionofIL一 8andIL一10onvalbuminchallengedasthmaticmice．Methods 60micewererandomlydividedinto6groups：control group (groupA)，asthmaticgroup (groupB)，dexamethasonegroup (groupC)andtriptolidegroup (groupDEF)． Theasthmaticmode1wasestablishedwith thetreatmentofovalbumin．ELISA wasusedtOmeasuretheexpression ofII～8andII一1OoflungtissueandBALF respectively．Results ThelevelsofIL一8inasthmaticgroupwasrespec～ tivelyincreasedcomparedwiththoseincontrolgroup，andthelevelsofIL一10inasthmaticgroupwasrespectively reducedcomparedwiththoseincontrolgroup(P d0．01)．ThelevelsofIL一8indexamethasonendgroupandtriptol— idegroupwassignificantlyreduced compared withthoseinasthmaticgroup．ThelevelsofII一10 indexametha— sonendgroupandtriptolidegroupwassignificantlyincreasedcomparedwiththoseinasthmaticgroup (P d 0．01) Conclusion Triptolidehassignificantcurativeeffect，andtriptolidecan i
