There is the check of the calculation, the training on site with standard training schedule, the on site checking during installation and the final checking. After every on site checking there must be made a report (checking report form). This report must be sent to all the related partners to this project. It is the regional manager’s task to choose the relevant parties. This is different for several seizes of projects.
