声波防垢技术研究 初杰 张建国 （中国石油大学（华东）石油工程学院 山东 东营 257061 ） 摘要：结垢是油层伤害的常见类型，在采油生产过程当中，当地层水矿化度较高 时，容易在管路以及抽油设备上造成严重结垢。物理法防垢技术是一项地层处理 新技术，具有成本低、无污染、效益高以及适用范围广等优点。声波防垢方法是 物理防垢方法中的一种，本文主要研究了声波防垢方法。文章研究声波起到防垢 作用的三个主要机理，机械作用、空化作用和热作用。同时也研究了声波发生器 的防垢机理和工作原理以及通过实验对声波发生器的选择。采用声波技术进行防 垢的实验研究表明，通过声波的作用可以有效地防止或延缓结垢现象的发生，为 解决采油生产中的结垢问题开辟了一个新的途径。 关键词：声波防垢；声波发生器；空化 TECHNIQUE RESEARCH OF SONIC SCALE PREVENTION CHU Jie ，ZHANG Jianguo （Petroleum Engineering Institute, University of Petroleum(Huadong), Dongying 257061,China ） Abstract: Encrustation is a usual harmful type of formation in the oil field. Serious scaling is liable to be built up in oil piping and pumping equipment when salinity of formation water is relatively high during the process of oil production, thus affecting the life span of the equipment and shortening the cycle of pump detection along with oil production in the oilfield. The physical method of scale prevention is a new one following the chemical method. The paper mainly introduces the sonic method of scale prevention. The method by sonic wave is one of the physical methods. The paper analyses the property, mechanic principle, function of heat action and cavitation of sonic wave. The paper introduces the cavitation, mechanical action and heat action. This paper introduces the mechanism of scale prevention and the function mechanism of sonic siren. Some experiments about scale removal are made in the lab. Experimental study of scale prevention by sonic wave has shown that the functions of sonic wave can effectively hold over and prevent the occurrence of scaling buildup, providing a new way for preventing scaling in oil production with physical field means.
