Relationship between Job Burnout and Innovation Intention of Organization
Members With the Orientation of Moderation Culture

Abstract: This paper intended to discuss the relations between job burnout and innovation
intention of organization members with the orientation of moderation culture, based on the recent
achievements about moderate thinking in the indigenous psychology doctrine. The measurement
scales were prepared and applied to achieve survey data for the quantitative analysis between
moderation culture and innovation intention and job burnout. Results showed that the relations
surely existed between those three factors and appeared that the higher willingness, which resulted
in the less job burnout, was owned by organization members with the orientation of moderation
culture. The negative relationships existed between moderation culture and job burnout. In the end,
the theoretical model was conducted between moderate culture and innovation intention and job
burnout.
