At present China’s overall low quality of public scientific literacy, needs to be improved. The mass media is the main route of transmission of Scientific and technical information outside the formal school education. Dissemination of scientific and technological capacity of the mass media is also far from enough to meet the needs of the situation. Displays fully scientific communication function of the mass media, lets the media put up between the public and the science bridge, is the important channel for the dissemination scientific thought, the popularization scientific knowledge, satisfies the public to the science and technology demand, advances the citizen scientific quality construction, improves the all the people scientific quality.
