T he paper proposes w ays to ex ploit the spo rt r esources o the univer sity tow ns, ie. , establishing the countr ylocalityuniv ersity sport resour ce management system , setting up planning o rganization , establishing the internal tang ible and intang ible resource share system , optimizing the allocation o teachers, realizing the mutual recognition o credit and taking adv antage o the university tow n to enhance the athletic competitive ability .
