Abstract: T he result of studying scientific outlook on development for the Chinese Communist Party
members of college students has been an important issue. T he paper presents an analytical method to il
lustrate that they should insist on the right political derection, pursue the right values, foster dialectical
thinking ways, build up the innovative spirit, set an example and practice by personally for the cadres of
college students. The suggestions may provide insightful enlightenments w hich can improve the aw aress
and enhance the learning result for the Chinese Communist Party members of college students.
