98 Chin J Hemorh.2011;21(1) doi:10.3969/j.issn.1009-881X.2011.01.036 高压氧治疗上肢周围神经损伤的疗效观察 摘要：目的 方法 6030 36MCV EMG结果 36 (P0.05)结论 关键词 中图法分类号R459.6 文献标识码：A 文章编号1009-881X(2011)01-0098-03 Hyperbaric-oxygen Treatment on the Rehabilitation of Upper Extremity Peripheral Nerve Injury YE Tian-fen,YANG Wei-xin (Dept. of Rehabilitation,The First Affi liated Hospital of Soochow University,Suzhou 215006,China) Abstract Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of early rehabilitation combined with hyperbaric- oxygen on upper extremity peripheral nerve injury after repair.Methods Sixty patients with upper extremity peripheral nerve injury after repair were involved in this study.All patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.Both of two groups were treated with general medical treatment and early postoperative rehabilitation.Moreover,treatment group was treated with hyperbaric-oxygen.All patients were assessed with EMG and hand function evaluation before treatment and three months,six months after treatment respectively.Results The improving extent of all scores(EMG,hand function evaluation)in treatment group were signifi cantly different with that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Early postoperative rehabilitation combined with hyperbaric- oxygen is an effective treatment for upper extremity peripheral nerve injury patients after repair.
