第 42卷 第 1期 计 算 机 科 学 Vo1．42No．1 2015年 1月 Computer Science Jan2015 基于图像差分特征的彩色图像差分预测与信息提取算法研究 杨 单 (华中科技大学计算机学院 武汉430074) (中南民族大学管理学院 武汉430074) 摘 要 图像特征提取预测技术一直是 图像处理领域研究的热点与难点。提 出了一种包含 图像归一化特征融合的图 像差分预测算法。基于色彩的图像差分特征测量方法充分利用了图像的色彩信息，将 色彩信息全部转换到一个色彩 空间中，然后将图像归一化到特定的视角距离范围内来提取 出图像差分特征 (IDF)信息。最后做了大量的仿真实验 ， 结果表明，提出的方法可以极大地提高彩色图像差分预测性能；同时对图像的色域映射所造成的亮度失真进行的多尺 度分析结果表明，以不同尺度提取的基于亮度的图像差分特征比一般的图像失真具有更高的尺度间相关性。 关键词 图像差分预测，特征融合，色域映射，特征提取 ，图像归一化 中图法分类号 TP391 文献标识码 A DOI 10．11896／j．issn．1002—137X2015．1．068 ColorImageDifferencePredictionBasde onImageDifferenceMeasure YANG Dan (SchoolofComputer，HuazhongUniversityofScienceandTechnology，W uhan430074，China) (SchoolofManagement，South-CentralUniversityforNationalities，W uhan430074，China) Abstract Thefeatureextractionofimagepredictiontechnologyisahotanddifficultproblem intheimageprocessing field．Thispaperproposedaimagedifferencepredictionalgorithm containingthefusionimagenormalizationcharacteris— tic．Colordifferencemeasurementmethodbasedonimagefeaturemakesfulluseofthecolorinformationofimage，and thecolorinformationisconvertedtoacolorspace．Andthentheimageisnormalizedtoarangeofspecificperspectiveto extracttheimagedifferencefeature(IDF)infomr ation．Finally，thispaperdidalotofexperiments，andtheexperimental resultsshow thattheproposedmethodgreatlyimprovesdifferencepredictionperfomr anceofcolorimage．Atthesame time，wepre~rmedthemulti-scaleanalysisforbrightnessdistortioncausedbygamutmapping．Theresultsshow that theimagedifferentialfeaturebasedonbrightnessextractedfrom differentscaleimageshashighercorrelationbetween scalethanthegeneralimagedistortion． Keywords Imagedifferenceprediction，Featurefusion，Gamutma
