The results show that: between Beijing and the other cities of the world, water price are basically the same on the composition and structure, the average annual household expenditure on water and the water price of one cubic meter in Beijing are the lowest, only 1/7 of that in Paris, but the ratio R of annual household expenditure on water to annual disposable household income in Beijing is the highest, and up to 1.36%, and 4.3 times of the lowest R in Tokyo.
