高效太阳能电池快速烧结设备的系统与工艺研究 薛升奎 ,熊亚丽 ,张 　动 (云南天达光伏科技股份有限公司 ,云南 昆明 650033) 摘 　要 :在太阳能电池片的制作过程中 ,“烧结”是一道很重要的工序 ,其制作的过程就要用到快速烧 结炉 。其作用就是把印刷到硅片上的电极在高温下烧结成电池片 ,最终使电极和硅片本身形成欧姆接 触 ,从而提高电池片的开路电压和填充因子 2 个关键参数 ,使电极的接触具有电阻特性 ,达到生产出高转 换效率电池片的目的。故快速烧结炉的结构设计及工艺运行状态的好坏直接影响到电池片的质量 ,所以 好的烧结设备的设计和烧结工艺是密不可分的。本文详述了高效太阳能电池快速烧结设备的部件设置 , 并对设备进行剖析 ,说明设计精良的烧结设备是工艺提升的基础 。 关键词 :烧结 ;欧姆接触 ;抽风 ;气流 中图分类号 : TN 305 　　文献标志码 :A Technical Research on the System of High Eff iciency Fast Sintering Furnace f or the Solar Cell XU E Shengkui , XION G Yali , ZHAN G Dong ( Yunnan Tianda Photovolt aic Co . It s role i s to sint ering t he elect ro des on t he silicon wafer into silicon solar cell at high t emp erat ure , so , t he elect rode and t he silicon wafer can form t he Ohmic cont act at t he end . By t hi s can increa se t he U OC and t he F F of two key p aramet er s , and can make t he elect ro de ha s t he resi st ance charact eri stics , and achieve t he p urpo se of t he p ro duction of high efficiency silicon solar cell s. Therefore , t he st ruct ure of sint ering furnace and t echnical running st at e will have a direct imp act on t he qualit y of solar cell s , so a good sint ering equip ment design and sint ering p rocess are inext ri cably linked . Thi s p ap er describes and analyzes t he component s of t he high efficient rapid sint ering furnace for solar cell in det ail s.
