亲缘网络和制度变迁：农村工业化的双重逻辑 范新光 单位：北京大学社会学系 联系电话 通讯地址：北京市海淀区颐和园路5 号北京大学社会学系 电子邮箱：xinguangfan@ 101 亲缘网络和制度变迁：农村工业化的双重逻辑 摘要 新制度主义对农村工业化的分析关注农村工业化的制度化过程以及这一制 度化过程对于农村场域权力和利益分配的影响。地方政府的行为在农村工业化过 程中具有决定性的作用。在反思新制度主义对中国农村工业化研究的基础上，本 文提出了对农村工业化的双重逻辑运作框架。国家与社会的互动构成了制度逻辑 的运作，这主要体现在地方政府与农村工业企业之间的互动过程，基于中国传统 农村差序格局的社会亲缘网络在工业化过程中的作用构成了亲缘逻辑运作，主要 体现为亲缘网络这一中国传统文化秩序对农村生产市场发展的形塑作用。利用政 治文化分析的视角，本文对双重逻辑在钢卷尺市场的发展过程以及生产市场的社 会结构中承担的角色进行了分析，论证了制度层面的分析在解释中国农村工业化 过程中所存在的不足，并提出了双重逻辑运作在这一领域研究中的意义。 关键词：亲缘网络 制度变迁 政治文化分析 市场社会结构 Abstract ip-enterprise-oriented Sunan Model and private-enterprise-oriented Wenzhou Model. The institutionalization of rural industry and the influence of this process on distribution of power and interest in the field of rural society are focal concerns of neo- institutionalism. How local government plays its role in rural industrialization is most discussed in the studies with the perspective of institution.Based on rethinking the plutonomy view of new institutionalism in the research area of how industry develops in rural China in post-communist era, this article develops the model of dual logic in rural industrialization: interaction between state and society composes the operation of institutional logic; operation of social kinship network rooted in “differentiated mode of association”of traditional China constitutes kinship logic. From the perspective of political and cultural view, this article argues that both logics play critical roles in rural industrialization as well as the social structure of market. I illustrate this approach to understanding rural industrialization with an analysis of the rise of the steel tape industry in SG, a rural town of middle China. Ulteriorly, Extensions are discussed.
