维普资讯第 7卷第6期过程工程学报、，01．7No．6 2007年 l2月 TheChineseJournalofProcessEngineering Dcc．2007 PreparationofHydrogenthroughCatalyticSteam ReformingofBio—oil wuCeng(吴层)，YANYong-jie(颜涌捷)，LITing—then(李庭琛)，QIWei(fr伟) (DepartmentofEnergyChemicalEngineering,EastChinaUniversityofScienceandTechnology,Shanghai20023LChina) Abstract：Hydrogenwaspreparedviacatalyticsteam reformingofbio—oi1whichwasobtainedrfom fastpyrolysisofbiomass inafluidizedbedreactor．Influentialfactorsincludingtemperature，weighthourlyspacevelocity(WHSv)ofbio—oil，mass ratioofsteam tobio—oil(S／B)aswellascatalysttypeonhyrdogenselectiviyt andotherdesirablegasproductswere investigated．Basedonhydrogeninstoichiometricpotentialandcarbonbalna ceingaseousphaseandfeed，hydrogenyieldand carbonselectiviytwereexamined．Theexperimentalresultsshowthathighertemperaturefavorsthehyrdogenselectiviytby H2molerfactioningaseousproductsstream anditplaysanimportnatroleinhyrdogenyieldandcrabonselectiviyt．Higher hyrdogenselectiviyt andyield，nadcarbonselectiviytwereobatinedatlowerbio—oilWHSV．Incaatlyticsteam reforming system amaximum steam concenrtationvalueexists，atwhichhydrogenselectiviytnadyield，andcrabonselectiviyt keep consatnt．Throughexperiments，preferentialoperationconditionswereobtainedasfollows：temperature800-850*C，bio·Oi1 WHSV below 3．0h～，andmassratioofsteam tobio—oil10-12．Theperfomr ancetestsindicatethatNi．basedcaatlystsare optional，especiallyNi／ct—A1203effectiveinthesteam refomr ingprocess． Keywords：fastpyrolysis；bio-·oil；hyrdogen；stema refomr ing；Ni-·basedcaatlyst；carbonselectiviyt CLCNo．：TK6 DocumentCode：A
